1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cook sausage until lightly browned; drain well.
Spoon into pie plate, topping sausage with hash browns, then cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and pepper; pour over cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
