Pork 'N' Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork steak
    2 lb. beef round steak
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 medium onions, sliced
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    4 to 5 medium potatoes, halved
Preparation
    Make 2 servings of each pork steak by cutting along one side of the bone.
    Trim away excess fat.
    Trim the round steak of skin and fibrous material.
    Cut into serving-size portions and tenderize with meat mallet on both sides.
    In plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Shake pieces of meat to coat and brown in hot oil.
