Beef-Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded or cubed
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 large can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat; add mushrooms and green peppers.
    Cook noodles in salt water.
    Drain.
    In large baking dish, layer meat, noodles and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Pour sauce over top and cover with more cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
