Zucchini * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. unpared zucchini, in 1/2-inch chunks
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. minced onion
    minced garlic to taste (1 clove or more)
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes in tomato puree (such as Redpack)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add tomatoes and bring to boil.
    Add salt, pepper, marjoram and oregano.
    Stir well, breaking up tomatoes.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Add zucchini and simmer until barely tender if making in advance for later reheating.
    If serving immediately, simmer until it is to your taste.
