Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) cartons frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (9-inch) baked pie shells
1 1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Beat until smooth. Add peanut butter.
Beat well. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into cooled pie shells.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts over pie.
Chill at least 2 to 4 hours; overnight is better.
Makes two 9-inch pies.
