Whiskey Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. whiskey
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Boil raisins 20 minutes in 3 cups water.
Save 1 cup of water.
