Glazed Sausage Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 lb. bulk sausage or ground chuck
    1/2 c. finely crushed soda crackers (14)
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    In mixer bowl, combine egg, sausage, crackers, milk and sage. Beat at high speed on electric mixer for 5 minutes.
    Shape into 1-inch balls (wet hands to shape easily).
    In skillet, brown meat on all sides, shaking pan occasionally to keep balls round.
    Pour off excess fat.
