Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until fluffy.
Add sugar slowly.
Add salt and cream of tartar while beating.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by the teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
Place in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven and turn oven off immediately.
Leave overnight without opening oven.
