Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 c. pure maple syrup
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture reaches 210\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Let cool for 20 minutes; skim surface if necessary. Drizzle over cake. Sauce may be cooled and reheated in warm water.
