Low-Fat Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red potatoes
    1 onion
    shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
    pepper
    rosemary leaves
Preparation
    Layer thin sliced potatoes, then onion.
    Sprinkle with pepper and rosemary, then shredded Parmesan cheese.
    Use medium size baking dish.
    Pour chicken broth over layers (use enough broth to cover potatoes).
    Bake at approximately 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered, then approximately 15 minutes, uncovered.
