Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (No. 2) cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed crackers
    slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except the crackers and margarine.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix crackers and margarine; sprinkle on top and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
