Four Layer Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. wide noodles
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 small green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    First Layer:
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Drain and rinse.
    Add soup, sour cream, cream cheese and milk, plus 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
    Spread in shallow casserole.
