Brazilian Shrimp Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 onion
    3 cloves garlic
    2 tomatoes (without skin)
    pepper and salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Saute the onion and garlic in butter and olive oil.
    Add the shrimp; cook until pink, then add the tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, parsley, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Add the sour cream.
    Ready to serve.
    Serves 8 people.
    Serve with rice, salad or vegetables.
