Ingredients

1 lb. canned salmon
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 lb. cream cheese, mashed
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Remove\tskin
and
bones from salmon.
Place in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Form into a ball and refrigerate until ready to use.
