Beef Logs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburger
2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Preparation

Mix all together for 5 minutes.
The next 2 days, knead for 5 minutes.
The fourth day, roll into logs.
Put on a broiler pan. Bake 8 hours at 180\u00b0, turning 1/4 turn every 2 hours.
When done, roll on a paper towel to absorb grease.
