Ingredients

4 oz. (1 c.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise or butter, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of ground red pepper
Preparation

Lightly spoon flour into a measuring cup; level off.
In a medium bowl, combine cheese, margarine, flour, salt and red pepper; mix thoroughly.
Cover and chill dough for 1 hour.
