Egg, Ham And Cheese Bagel(Bacon Or Sausage Also) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bagel
1 to 2 eggs
choice of ham, bacon or sausage
butter
mayonnaise (optional)
1 slice American cheese
Preparation

Slice bagel in half and place in a buttered skillet face down (or butter the bagel slices and place in skillet).
If bagels are a nice golden brown, then flip over onto other side and cook until lightly browned (if so desired).
Take one or two eggs.
Mix eggs with salt, pepper and milk (optional).
Prepare eggs to your desire (scrambled, sunny side up, etc.).
Take your choice of meat and fry in skillet also.
Place cheese on eggs immediately after they're cooked.
This way the cheese can melt.
Mayonnaise is for spreading on the bagel.
