Olive Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. very hot water
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. baking yeast
    1 1/2 c. pitted olives, drained
    1/2 c. yellow corn meal
    5 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Add hot
    water
    to
    salt and honey in mixing bowl.
    Let cool to about
    110\u00b0.
    Add
    yeast and stir.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until bubbly, 15 minutes.
    Chop olives coarsely. Stir in olives, corn meal and flour to make a thick dough.
