Ice Cream Kolachies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter, softened
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    4 c. flour
    apricot, prune or other fruit filling
Preparation
    Cream butter and ice cream.
    Blend in flour and mix into a workable dough.
    Pinch off 1 teaspoon dough and form in ball about the diameter of a quarter.
    Press a dent in dough with thumb and fill spot with fruit filling.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
