Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts
    3 apples, sliced thin
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Mix well after each egg.
    Mix in flour, vanilla and cinnamon.
    Stir in nuts and apples.
    Bake in a greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before removing.
