Pineapple Macadamia Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. small pineapple chunks with juice
    3/4 c. macadamia nuts
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
    In mixing bowl gradually beat 3/4 cup sugar into butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition until smooth.
    Sift in about 1/2 flour mixture.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Add pineapple (in its own juice) and nuts.
    Stir in remaining flour mixture.
    Spoon batter into pan.
    Combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Bake 60 to 70 minutes.
