Tomato Rice Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3/4 c. hot water
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small jar mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    salt to taste
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    In 9 x 9-inch square baking dish, place tomatoes, rice and water.
    Set aside.
    In skillet, brown beef, onion and mushrooms. Salt to taste; drain fat.
    Add to ingredients in baking dish. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
    Cover top with cheese and bake until melted.
