Budapest Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean fillets of pork or pork chops
    1 onion
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 or 3 Tbsp. fat or margarine (depending on the fatness of meat)
    salt
    flour
    cream or yogurt (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the meat, dip in flour and fry quickly in hot fat on both sides.
    Remove from pan and place in large clean pan.
    Use the same fat to fry the chopped onion.
