Chicken Wings And Sweet And Pungent Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken wings
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. pimiento, chopped fine
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut tips from wings (put back for later broth).
    Cut wings at joint.
    Salt, pepper and flour, then fry.
    Place all ingredients in a pan except cornstarch.
    Bring to a boil and stir in cornstarch made into a paste with a little cold water.
    Boil 1 minute.
    (This sauce is better if made in advance and reheated before serving.) Pour sauce over fried wings.
    Makes about 3 cups.
