Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium zucchini, grated
    1/2 to 1 c. onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 to 1 c. carrots, grated
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top seasoned stuffing
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine zucchini, onion, soup, sour cream, carrots and cheese; mix well.
    In separate bowl, combine margarine and stuffing mix.
    Sprinkle half of stuffing mixture on bottom of 3-quart casserole.
    Pour vegetable combination over the crumbs.
    Pour remaining stuffing mixture on top.
    Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings. Delicious.
