Heath Bar Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box devil's food cake mix
2 (4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
4 c. milk
1/2 c. Kahlua (optional)
1 (12 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
4 Heath bars, crumbled

Preparation

Prepare and bake cake mix as directed.
Cool.
Prepare pudding and milk according to package directions.
Break up half of cake in pieces and layer on bottom of glass bowl.
Pour 1/4 cup Kahlua over cake.
Layer with half of pudding and half of Cool Whip. Sprinkle 2 Heath bars over Cool Whip.
Repeat.
Refrigerate and serve.
