Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    nonstick cooking spray
    1 c. shredded bran cereal
    3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. natural sugar-free applesauce
    1 (12 oz.) bag frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Spray 12 muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
    Set aside.
