Sweet Potatoes And Bananas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large sweet potatoes, peeled
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. dark rum
    4 bananas (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
    Drain.
    Peel and cube bananas.
    Toss bananas with lemon juice.
    Mash bananas and potatoes and put into pan.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar, nutmeg and salt.
    Drizzle with rum and butter.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
