Marinated Shrimp And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium raw shrimp, deveined and cooked
    1 c. fresh cauliflowerets
    4 oz. small whole fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    1 large red or green pepper, cut into squares
    3/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dill weed
    5 drops hot pepper sauce
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Place shrimp and vegetables in shallow dish.
    In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except oil.
    Mix well.
    Add oil; mix well.
    Pour over shrimp and vegetables.
    Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 5 cups.
