Cool Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. cucumber, quartered and sliced
    1 med. tomato, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped sweet onion
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
    3/4 c. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, tomato, green pepper, and onion. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, dill, salt, and pepper. Pour over cucumber mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Serve with slotted spoon.
