Really Good, Really Easy Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. peeled baby carrots
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. orange juice
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook carrots until fork-tender (do not overcook).
    Cook sugar, butter and orange juice until syrupy.
    Pour over carrots and mix lightly.
    Serve hot.
