Summer Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste
    3 qt. green cabbage, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, coarsely shredded
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.
    Stir in cabbage until coated with mayonnaise mixture. Saving about 1 tablespoon carrots, stir in remaining carrots into coleslaw.
    Transfer coleslaw to serving dish; top with reserved carrots.
    Serves 8.
