Meringue Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Blend the egg whites until foamy/frothy. Blend the cream of tartar, salt and sugar into whites. Tint with food coloring if desired. Add any type of flavoring desired. Pipe into shapes. Bake on baking sheet with parchment paper at 200\u00b0 for 3 hours. May take several baking sheets, but bake all at the same time.
