New York Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef rib roast or eye of round roast
    1 Tbsp. cooking or olive oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. ground oregano
Preparation
    Rub oil over entire surface of meat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; rub over
    roast.
    Place
    meat\tin
    shallow baking dish with fat side up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes per pound. The result will be a brown outer surface with an even rareness in the middle.
