Ingredients

6 egg yolks
5 whole eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. plain gelatin
1 1/4 c. Key lime juice
3/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
2 c. butter, cut in 1-inch cubes
2 c. margarine, cut in 1-inch cubes
2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shells
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large, heat resistant glass bowl.
Mix well.
Place bowl over a pot of boiling water.
Whisk vigorously until mixture is light yellow and a soft pudding texture.
Remove from boiling water.
Add butter and margarine. Stir until blended.
Add condensed milk.
Mix well.
Pour into pie shells.
Chill overnight.
Top with whipped cream.
