Orange Pound Cake(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. unsifted cake flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
4 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Pam spray and flour an 8 x 4 x 2-inch pan.
Sift dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Add oil, juice and orange rind.
Beat at medium speed until smooth.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Fold into batter.
Bake until cake springs back when lightly touched, about 50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan.
Cool completely.
Dust with powdered sugar.
