Moo'S Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion
    and pepper in butter, then mix corn, Jiffy mix and eggs.
    Mix
    well.
    Add in onion and pepper.
    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch
    greased
    pan.
    Top
    with
    sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
