Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pecans
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff.
    Stir in the sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Add pecans and stir until completely covered.
    Spread on cookie sheet and bake at 200\u00b0 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
