Microwave Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash (yellow or zucchini)
    seasoning salt (to taste)
    pepper to taste
    margarine as desired
Preparation
    Wash
    squash
    and
    cut off ends.
    Slice squash down the center (lengthwise), leaving seed in.
    Place sliced squash in long microwave
    dish
    and
    sprinkle
    with
    seasoning salt and pepper. Put 1 to 2 pats of margarine on each slice of squash. Seal\twith Saran Wrap and cook 15 to 20 minutes, until squash is tender.
