Christmas Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. Brazil nuts (whole)
    1 lb. candied cherries (whole)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. grape juice or wine
    1 lb. walnuts (whole)
    1 c. plain flour
    1 lb. dates (whole)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks and add sugar and wine. Fold in egg whites (that have been beaten stiffly). Add flour and baking powder. Last, add fruits and nuts. Bake 2 hours at 275\u00b0 in a large tube pan or 2 loaf pans that have been greased and lightly floured.
