Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust (not deep dish)
3 large eggs
3/4 c. white corn syrup
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 cup pecans Chopped
Preparation

Mix eggs, syrup, butter, and vanilla in bowl. Mix sugar and flour in another bowl. Mix dry ingredients in with wet ingredients and stir together. Place pecans in bottom of pie crust. Pour mixed ingredients over pecans. Take your fingers and dip then in water to wet them,
rub wet fingers over crust that is exposed. This will caramelize the exposed crust for better baking.
