Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 or 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can bamboo shoots, drained
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese and pimentos.
    Pour into greased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese and pimentos over the top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
