Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Pour sugar over bananas and let set for 15 minutes. Blend in shortening. Add sifted flour and baking powder. Dissolve salt and soda in water, then add to mixture. Add eggs and nuts. Stir well. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in greased pans: 2 medium loaves for 50 minutes or 42 mini muffin for 20 to 25 minutes.
