Red Salmon Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 3/4 oz.) salmon
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 envelopes Knox gelatine
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Drain salmon and save liquid.
Flake salmon and mix with celery and onion.
Mix the two envelopes of gelatine with 1/2 cup of cold water.
Combine the liquid saved from salmon with catsup and vinegar.
Boil and stir in the softened gelatine mix.
Blend into salmon mix.
Stir in mayo.
Coat inside of mold with mayo.
Pour in mixture.
Chill until firm.
Garnish with lettuce and parsley.
