Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef bouillon soup
    1 large onion
    1 c. rice
    1 stick margarine
    1 small can mushrooms
    dash of oregano
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add rice and cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add soup, 1 can of water and mushrooms. Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 370\u00b0.
