Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large potatoes, cooked with skins on in salt
    1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley or 3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 slice bread, cubed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Chop and mix first 6 ingredients and place in casserole.
    Pour butter and milk over top.
    Put cornflakes on top.
    Bake for 1/2 hour at 400\u00b0.
