Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage (1/2 hot and 1/2 mild)
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 box cheese croutons
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. Pet evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Saute onion and green pepper in small amount of sausage grease; drain.
    Combine cheese and flour.
    Stir in sausage, pepper and onion.
    Spread on top of croutons in 9 x 12-inch lightly greased dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage mixture.
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until filling is set.
