Sausage And Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    5 oz. can evaporated milk
    5 oz. water
    white tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain and rinse.
    Put sausage in bottom of crock-pot.
    Break cheese up into small pieces.
    Put over sausage. Pour milk on top of both.
    Add 5 ounces water.
    Heat on low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally to blend.
    Serve over white tortilla chips.
