Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat (backfin preferred)
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 bottle capers, drained
cheese
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Then put into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish and top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve with Melba rounds or Ritz crackers.
