Guy'S Skillet Pheasant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pheasant, filleted or deboned
    flour, seasoned to taste
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    1 medium sized onion, diced
Preparation
    Cut pheasant into chunks; roll in seasoned flour.
    Brown in butter.
    Add onion soup mix (following soup directions on package).
    Add diced onion; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour or until tender.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
